Dear John: We recently purchased a refrigerator from Lowe’s of Rosedale, Long Island.

The fridge was delivered to us on Aug. 8 by RPO Delivery Services. The deliverymen caused damage to the linoleum floor of my mother’s kitchen and dented and scratched the front door of her home.

We have tried to work with Lowe’s and RPO, but they both say they are not at fault.

So that’s why we have turned to you.

My mother is an elderly, disabled cardiac patient who has survived congestive heart failure three times this year. All she wants is for the floor to be fixed and the door to be fixed. She reads The Post every day and recommended I contact you for help. C.P.

Dear C.P.: I called Lowe’s and you reported back to me saying, “I am happy to inform you that they took care of the problem.”
